Laser-cut, layered birch wood Walkie by Geoknotic.
Based on an original Walkie drawing from the 2024 Math Day Art Show and Fundraiser (Good News Crew, Hieroglyphics, and Del the Funky Homosapien, in partnership with Method Made), the drawing was digitized to build the layers for the artwork.
Each layer is hand painted, then re-scanned so Geoknotic to create the laser paths for the cuts of the artwork.
Every piece is three layers, all using one part of the original hand-painted artwork.
Each Walkie mixes Three types of stained birch for a unique feel. Backgrounds finished with Club Ghoul Ink.
