We’ve had the honor and pleasure of getting to know the Yamo family these last few years since our days at Method Made SF in San Francisco’s Mission district in 2023-2025.
For over 20 years the Yamo has been serving delicious freshly made Burmese cuisine at affordable prices for locals and travelers alike in the SF Mission District.
At the time we were running #MethodMadeSF Yamo to go was often a staple for us before our commute home back to the East Bay. While businesses in the surrounding neighborhood serve $18-30 plates, Yamo continues to serve its community its dishes below the $10 price point (Cash Only Please.)
Yamo literally feeds its community daily with its list of “All Star” regular patrons that have over 1000+ meals served to them (some of have their own daily specials served for them at the booth seating.)
Along with this capsule that we plan to launch at is a series of special products in collaboration with @deepthawtz_studios @mikedades @ralphtrespass @queenmethods @neal__________ @pwoodesign @geoknotic @krucialprinting @the.trollman @26studiosllc creatively directed by @methodmade.
