Loer 12
A natural-born misfit from the 80's and 90's, Loer 12, aka Loer Oner, began her journey into the graffiti world by way of BART trains, paint pens, and Krylon cans. Decades and many art mediums later, you can still find the "L" bubloons or random tags all around the Bay.
Loer/Loer12 can be found on multiple surfaces using various mediums from spray paint, stickers, markers, and pens.
